On a chilly, rainy evening like tonight, there are few things better than getting cozy under a blanket and sipping on hot chocolate. Add your fiance to the mix and it’s even better! So if you’re wanting to do the same, here’s a quick, but delicious, recipe for you!
This recipe only needs 5 ingredients, with one of those being optional. They include:
•2-1/4 c. of soy milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
•1/4 c. vegan sugar
•3 tbsp. cocoa powder
•1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
•dash of cinnamon (optional)
To get this recipe going, all you need to do is add the soy milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon together in a pot and turn the heat on. Whisk continuously for approximately 3 minutes, or until hot. Remove from heat, add the vanilla extract and whisk for a few seconds more. Once that is done, simply place into mugs and enjoy!
